If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payment Methods

6. Shipping and Delivery

Elpages currently ships orders within the United States only. All items are made to order and shipped within the estimated time frames listed on our Shipping Policy page. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we offer returns or refunds only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their descriptions.
