However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or simply not be the right fit for your space. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our commitment to customer satisfaction and your options for returning or refunding items.

Return Window and Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and preferably in the original packaging. We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product received was incorrect
  • The product does not match the description or images shown on the website

Please note: because all posters are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, design preference, incorrect size selection, or personal taste issues.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at support@elpages.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product (and packaging, if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide further instructions, including a return address if your request is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged due to transit or if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In these cases, we will gladly offer:

  • A free replacement at no extra cost, or
  • A full refund issued to your original payment method

We may require photos of the damage or error to process the claim and improve our quality control.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not issue partial refunds for used, damaged, or incomplete items that are returned without prior approval.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different design, size, or style, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that time, your order may have already entered production and cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Elpages is not responsible for lost or undelivered items resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will notify you and offer to reship the item at your expense. Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to customer input errors.

Return Shipping Costs

In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is approved for other reasons, you may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking is provided.
