1. About Our Posters

What type of posters do you sell?
We specialize in high-quality, made-to-order sports posters featuring iconic moments, athletes, motivational quotes, and dynamic designs across various disciplines like basketball, football, running, tennis, and more.

What sizes are available?
Our posters are available in multiple sizes, which are listed on each product page. Standard sizes include 12×16″, 16×24″, and 24×36″. Please refer to the size guide for exact measurements.

Are posters sold with frames?
Currently, our posters are sold unframed to give customers more flexibility in how they display them. You can easily pair our posters with standard-size frames available at most home decor stores.

What material are the posters printed on?
We print on premium, museum-grade matte paper that is acid-free and fade-resistant. All posters are printed using high-definition inks to ensure rich color and long-lasting quality.

2. Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, choose the poster(s) you like, select the size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible. See our Cancellation Policy for full terms.

Can I apply a discount code?
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout before completing your purchase. Only one discount code may be applied per order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 for all U.S. orders, regardless of quantity or size.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use that number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

4. Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our posters are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of preference.

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Product Issues

What should I do if my poster arrives damaged?
Please email us at support@elpages.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can process a replacement or refund.

I received the wrong item. What now?
We’re very sorry! Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost.

6. Account & Support

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view purchase history, and save your preferences for future visits.
