At Elpages, all of our posters are made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Because of this custom production process, we allow a limited window during which you can cancel or make changes to your order before it enters fulfillment.

1. Order Cancellation and Modification Window

You may cancel or request changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will enter the production stage and can no longer be canceled or altered.

To submit a cancellation or modification request, please contact us at support@elpages.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]” or “Change Request – [Your Order Number]”. Include your full name, order number, and the details you wish to cancel or change.

If your request is submitted within 12 hours and before production has started, we will honor it and issue a full refund or make the requested changes at no extra cost.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled or Changed

We are unable to cancel or change an order if:

  • More than 12 hours have passed since the order was placed
  • The order has already entered the printing or packaging stage
  • The product is a limited-edition or personalized/custom design that has begun processing

In these cases, your order will be fulfilled and shipped as originally placed. You may still be eligible for a return or refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized posters are printed to your specifications and often enter production shortly after the order is received. Therefore, custom items are non-cancelable after the 12-hour window. We encourage you to review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

If you need to make changes to a custom order, contact us within 12 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
