That’s why we take shipping seriously – from careful packaging to reliable delivery, our goal is to ensure your posters arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Elpages are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is received, our team begins preparing it for shipment. This includes printing (if necessary), quality control, secure packaging, and generating a tracking number. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping. Please ensure that your email address is correct at the time of checkout so you can receive all necessary updates.

In rare cases, during periods of high order volume or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer – but we will always do our best to notify you if any delays occur.

Shipping Time and Delivery

Currently, Elpages only offers domestic shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using standard ground shipping. Delivery time typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and carrier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, postal delays, or holidays. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Elpages cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Flat-Rate Shipping Fee

To keep things simple and affordable, Elpages charges a flat shipping rate of $6.99 on all orders, regardless of the number of posters or the size of the shipment.

This means whether you order one poster or several, you will only pay a single shipping fee. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden or surprise costs at checkout.

Shipping Locations and Limitations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. However, please note the following restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • If you enter an invalid or restricted shipping address, your order may be delayed or canceled. Our customer service team will contact you to resolve the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid any delivery complications.

Packaging and Protection

Every poster is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Depending on the size and format of your order, we use durable mailing tubes or sturdy flat mailers to prevent any creasing, bending, or damage during transit.

Our packaging is also eco-friendly and recyclable, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible shipping practices.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If there is still no email, contact us directly at support@elpages.com, and we will assist you promptly.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Double-check the shipping address you provided.
  2. Look around your delivery area, including front porches, mailboxes, and building lobbies.
  3. Check with neighbors, roommates, or building staff in case the package was accepted on your behalf.

If the package is still missing after taking these steps, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
